I'm glad that you started this blog, finally some "human" touch on this subject.
I am the owner of the unit for 3 years, but didn't use it, even forgot to have it, guess I wasn't taking it seriously because of the lack of knowledge, so this blog will clear some missing answers.
Thanks, keep up this fun writing, love your style!

That should be easier than it is. We don't get much feedback from manufactures on lifespan. I've been told LED lifespan's are measured in thousands of hours", and the actual LED typically doesn't go out. It just slowly reduces radiant output so that it's not as strong, but still working.

agreed. On an aside, LED"s don't wear from switching on and off, there are no moving parts or filaments which wear out like in lightbulbs, but my question is what is the estimated lifespan of the LED's LED uses?

Actually businessplan's make interesting reads many years after they've originally been written and everything in them has come to fruition J.

About the brick and mortars...there is a place for the DPL in the specialty store, we've had good experience with Wellness and Nature stores. The DPL provides a 100% natural way to combat pain, help with skinproblems and make your skin look healthy and young again.

It is true though that it's not a 5-min sale, i am interested in hearing everybody's thoughts on the elevator pitch and perhaps together we can come to a 5-min sale

Good question. It depends on why they were considered "Bad". If it was lower optical output, it might be used in a different product, like a Remote Control in the case of our IR LED's. Different companies have different needs so they use different criteria for what to check. If it fails completely, then it's discarded, but that’s actually pretty rare.
